Prelude Package – $150 Best for: Small gatherings (up to 1 hour of live music) Perfect for intimate dinners, small birthday celebrations, or cocktail hours. 2. Overture Package – $250 Best for: Mid-sized events (up to 2 hours of live music) Ideal for bridal showers, engagement parties, holiday parties, or corporate receptions. Includes short breaks as needed. 3. Sonata Package – $400 Best for: Large or formal events (up to 4 hours of live music) A great fit for wedding ceremonies and receptions, fundraisers, or all-evening events. Includes curated playlists and light event coordination. 4. Custom Package – Starting at $500 For special requests such as multiple event locations, themed music programs, or extended time beyond 4 hours. Includes planning consultations and custom repertoire requests. Add-ons Song Requests: $25/song (outside standard repertoire) Travel Fee: for locations outside Bella Vista area (custom quote) *** Events outside of Bella Vista may require a travel fee to cover time and transportation. Fees are based on distance and travel time, with most locations within 30 miles incurring a $25–$50 fee. For events farther than 50 miles, I’ll provide a custom quote tailored to your event location.
